Who we are
The ForgeX Research Portal is run by ForgeX LLC. This policy covers the details you give us to access research, webinars, frameworks, courses, and other content on the portal, and the ForgeX Lead Hub that our sponsors use to receive them.
What we collect
When you access content we ask for your first and last name, work email, company, job title, and country. We also record which content you accessed and when, the page or campaign link that brought you here, and the version of the agreement you accepted. We may also receive the same kinds of details about you from partners who promote ForgeX content, from webinar registration and attendance, and from events you attend.
Sponsors and how we share your details
ForgeX content is free because sponsors support it. Access to content requires agreeing that ForgeX and the sponsors of that content may use your details to contact you about related research, products, services, and events. The sponsors of each piece of content are named on its page. When you agree, we share your name, work email, company, job title, and country with those sponsors, and with sponsors later added to that same content only for access that happens after they are named on the page.
Sponsors receive your details through the ForgeX Lead Hub, which only people at that sponsor's verified company domain can sign in to. Each sponsor sees only the leads for content it sponsors, and every view and download is logged. Once shared, a sponsor handles your details under its own privacy policy, and you can ask that sponsor to stop contacting you at any time.
Sponsoring the portal as a whole does not give a company access to anyone's details. We never sell your details to data brokers.
How ForgeX uses your details
We use your details to give you access, to remember your browser, to send you related ForgeX research and event invitations, to improve our content, and to share with sponsors as described above. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Remembering this browser
After your first form we set one cookie so this browser can prefill your details and reopen content you have already accessed. It does not follow you to other sites and expires after 180 days. Use "Not you? Clear details" on any form to remove it. The page you stopped on in a report or deck is saved in your browser only.
Keeping your details safe
Your details are stored encrypted with our database provider, access is limited to ForgeX staff and the sponsors described above, and reports and slides are delivered through short-lived private links. We keep your details while they are useful for the purposes above and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, stop future sharing with sponsors, or have your details deleted. Contact us through forgex.ai/contact and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to object to or withdraw from processing and to complain to a data protection authority.
